Tak Ming Limited ships all orders from its warehouse to addresses within the United States and to select international destinations. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 5 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping within the contiguous United States takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories takes 7 to 14 business days. International shipping takes 10 to 20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Tak Ming Limited provides a tracking number for every order. Customers can track their order on dzfqcombatboots.com. Tak Ming Limited does not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Tak Ming Limited does not refund customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Returns Policy
Tak Ming Limited offers a 14-day no-reason refund policy. You may return any pair of women's shoes within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The 14-day period begins on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered. To be eligible for a refund, the shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The original shoebox must be included and undamaged. Tak Ming Limited does not accept returns for shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. The buyer bears all return shipping costs. Tak Ming Limited does not provide prepaid return labels. The buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping using a trackable carrier. Tak Ming Limited does not accept returns for shoes purchased from third-party retailers. Tak Ming Limited does not accept returns for gift cards. Tak Ming Limited does not accept returns for final sale items. The 14-day no-reason refund policy applies to full-price and sale items. However, final sale items are not eligible for return. The buyer bears all return shipping costs for all returns, including returns for defective items.

Return Process
